Our service identifies and displays promotional flight deals from various sources. We do not sell airline tickets directly, nor do we handle flight bookings, cancellations, or customer service related to travel arrangements.

3. Our Services

3.1 Flight Deal Discovery Service

Tripest.Club provides a promotional flight deal discovery service that:

  • Displays discounted airline ticket offers from various sources
  • Presents flight deals in an organized, searchable format
  • Provides limited free access to basic deal information
  • Offers premium subscription access for detailed connection information

3.2 Service Limitations

Free Access: Users can browse promotional offers with limited functionality. Detailed connection information and advanced features require a paid subscription.

Information Accuracy: While we strive to present accurate information, flight prices, availability, and details are subject to constant change. We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of displayed prices at the time of booking
  • Availability of advertised flights
  • Specific deals or pricing remaining available
  • Continuous service availability

No Booking Guarantee: Users are responsible for verifying all flight details, prices, and availability with airlines or authorized booking platforms before making any purchases.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.1 Available Plans

We offer four subscription tiers:

  • Lite - Monthly: Monthly subscription with basic features
  • Lite - Annual: Annual subscription with basic features (includes 2 months free)
  • Pro - Monthly: Monthly subscription with advanced features
  • Pro - Annual: Annual subscription with advanced features (includes 2 months free)

4.2 Free Trial Period

  • Duration: 7 days free trial for new users
  • Automatic Conversion: Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before trial expiration
  • One Trial Rule: Each user is eligible for only ONE free trial per lifetime
  • Immediate Charges: Users who previously used trials are charged immediately upon new signup

4.3 Payment Processing

  • Payment Processor: All transactions are processed securely through Stripe
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions continue automatically unless actively cancelled
  • Failed Payments: Stripe retries failed payments according to their retry logic

5. Account Management and Authentication

5.1 Third-Party Authentication

Account access is managed through Auth0, our trusted authentication partner. You can log in using:

  • Google accounts
  • Microsoft accounts
  • Yahoo accounts
  • Apple accounts

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

5.3 Account Restrictions

  • Accounts are for personal use only
  • You may not share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • You may not create multiple accounts to abuse trial offers
  • You may not use automated systems to access our services

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Self-Service Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Our staff cannot cancel subscriptions via email, phone, or chat for security reasons.

6.2 Cancellation Effects

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to all services until the end of your paid period
  • No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods
  • Successful cancellation generates a confirmation email

7. Refund Policy

7.1 General Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable once processed through Stripe.

7.2 Exception – Service Malfunction

Refunds may only be issued in cases where the Service is unavailable or significantly impaired due to a technical fault attributable to Tripest.Club. This includes situations such as:

  • Prolonged inability to access paid features despite an active subscription
  • System errors directly preventing normal use of the Service
  • Major disruptions caused by server-side failures or platform bugs
    • To request a refund under these conditions, users must contact our support team within 7 days of the issue, providing a clear description and, where possible, documentation (e.g. screenshots or error messages).

7.3 No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Service not used or underutilized
  • Accidental signup or renewal
  • Misunderstanding of terms or features
  • Personal financial circumstances
  • Service dissatisfaction not caused by technical errors
  • Forgetting to cancel before the trial or renewal date
  • Changes in travel plans or preferences
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Tripest.Club and are final.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding any claim.
